We strive to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However, once your order is handed over to our courier, delivery times are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any delays by the courier. Need Expedited Shipping - Contact me and we can work on invoicing for the additional fees. Delayed Orders:
We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the delivery costs for re-shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
